Job Description/Requirements

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, driving motivation and excellence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales performance and market insights.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement in real estate, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role in Nairobi.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for excellence.
