Qualification & Other Requirements
·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business management or similar
·       At least 15years of experience in sales and marketing of lubricants or related industry.
·       Demonstrate a track record of at least 5 years in leadership role with the ability to effectively manage a team of sales executives.
·       Proficiency in communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, reporting and analytical skills is essential.

Roles & Responsibilities
·      To develop and expand the automotive lubricants business by increasing market share through marketing activities, strong customer relations, and tertiary new market development.
·      Support and guide sales executive team in developing secondary markets.
·      Provide market status and market inputs to country manager.
·      Assist in business plan and strategy plan.
·      Credit policy and credit monitoring
·      Team management
Salary: Negotiable based on the Qualification and Experience of the Candidate with an indicative range of Gross kshs. 200,000 to 250,000 per month.
