This position is responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.

Job Description/Requirements

Report to: Managing Director

Duties and Responsibilities:
°  Formulate the strategic operational objectives for the Sales and marketing function in line with the overall corporate plan.
°  Do off-plan selling.
°  Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
°  Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
°  Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
°  Plan and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
°  Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
°  Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
°  Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
°  Coordinate with administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely orders, and smooth function of action in the system.
°  Create and enhance agency and partner relationships
°  Develops annual sales strategies for the company

Education and Experience
°  Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
°  3 years experience in real estate
°  Must be based in Kisumu county.
°  Selling skills in off plan projects
°  Strong analytic skills, including ability to independently conduct market research and budgets
°  Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels Demonstrated ability to express ideas clearly, verbally and in writing
°  Strong computer skills, including high level of proficiency in MS Excel, arch cad PowerPoint, and Word;
°  Creativity, entrepreneurial, and a self –driven attitude towards work, with a sense of humour.

Skills & Competencies
°  Outstanding communication (speaking and writing), interpersonal, organizational, language and computer skills.
°  Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
°  Must thrive when working under deadlines, have strong project, time, and budget management skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
°  Edit reports, research and business proposals, articles and proposals for clarity, messaging, readability, ease of comprehension, and consistency for spelling, typographical, and grammatical errors and conceptualize graphics that drive or support the written material
