π― Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business in:
β’ Conference bookings
β’ Corporate accommodation
β’ Team building packages
β’ Group bookings
β’ Leisure travel partnerships
β’ Institutional & government bookings
πΌ Requirements
β’ Proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality business development
β’ Strong corporate network and client base
β’ Excellent negotiation and closing skills
β’ Self-driven and target-oriented
β’ Ability to start immediately
β’ Availability to travel when required
π° Compensation
β’ Starting salary: To be discussed during interview
β’ Commission: 4% on all business generated (conference, accommodation, team building & related bookings)
