Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor at our Motor Vehicle Service Center located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Service Advisor will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling vehicle service appointments, coordinating aftersales services, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key tasks include liaising between customers and mechanics, addressing client concerns, and maintaining service records to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer-focused Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Effective Communication abilities to clearly convey information to customers and team members
- Experience in managing Aftersales processes, including follow-ups and issue resolution
- Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and handle multiple client requests efficiently
- A positive and professional attitude with a focus on delivering quality service
- Experience in the automotive or service-related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or equivalent work experience in a related field
