We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Site Agent to join our team for an upcoming road project involving upgrading to bitumen standards.
- Minimum Qualification : Bachelors
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 5 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure timely execution of work.
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Manage site staff, subcontractors, and materials efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project reports and site records.
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and resolve site issues.
Qualification and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Registered as a (P.E) by the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK).
- Minimum of 5years experience in road construction projects, specifically in upgrading roads to bitumen standards.
- Strong knowledge of site management, road construction techniques, and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
