Madison Group Limited is a locally owned financial services holding company that specializes in Insurance and wealth management services. The Group comprises of Madison Life Assurance Kenya Limited, Madison General Insurance Kenya Limited, and Madison Investment Managers Limited. Madison Life Assurance Kenya was originally incorporated under Kenyan Laws in as Madison Insurance Company Limited (MICK) after a successful merger between Crusader Plc and Kenya Commercial Insurance Corporation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Underwriting, vetting, set-up, renewal, servicing and support, documentation and management of schemes on Hais, and handling of related queries from clients and intermediaries on existing schemes
To proactively support in management of the entire healthcare corporate and retail schemes by retaining, maintaining and expanding business Provide a dedicated and comprehensive service to these clients, acting as the primary point of contact on behalf of Madison and deliver the highest level of customer care Organize and attend meetings with clients e.g. member educations, health talks, quarterly service review meetings etc. Also make loyalty calls to clients / intermediaries and ensure they are happy / satisfied. To respond to all incoming queries and emails from clients/intermediaries. Support in renewal process and securing of renewals in our portfolio other than tender business unless where applicable Ensure accurate system entry/capture of medical benefits purchased Ensure timely and correct debiting of the schemes and the renewal/commencement premium schedules sent to the client Client interactions – to be able to deal with our customers face to face as walk ins or when we visit clients Investigation: Recognize trends of issues and where other processes are going wrong and being proactive in recommending solutions.Familiarize with system to note it’s extremes and what needs to be adjusted to suit market trends Achieve customer-focused decision-making using judgment skills and utilizing agreed authority levels. Participate in client visits with the intermediary where applicable Support on premium and excess collection Follow through the reports required by client/intermediary within the expected TATs and SLA e.g. claims analysis report, member statements, etc Premium volume increase through organic growth by selling additional benefits and enhancements Assist in supervisory roles where applicable Hold forte for Senior Supervisor when he/she is awayRequirements
