SUMMARY
In this role, you will own the end-to end design and execution of the organization's internship program to build a strong, job-ready talent pipeline for key business teams including Sales & Distribution, Digital Sales, Customer Success, and Product Adoption. You will engage with universities to promote the program, hire high-potential interns, deliver structured product and functional training, and enable interns to become productive contributors aligned with business needs, while also owning the intern experience and growth journey to ensure clarity on career paths and long-term opportunities within the organization. This is a zero-to one role requiring a self-driven, purpose-led individual capable of building and scaling a high-impact program from the ground up.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Design, manage, and continuously improve the end-to-end internship lifecycle.
• Create and implement structured success paths, learning plans, and milestones for interns
• Managing the Induction and training process.
• Managing performance evaluation and career planning process.
• Owning and achieving the strategic goal of building and supplying competent capacity to the other business teams.
• To engage with universities to pitch the internship program, hire interns, provide them thorough product training and other foundational and functional skills and make them productive in context of the business.
• Creating competent capacity by owning the entire cycle of internship program end-to-end.
QUALIFICATION
• Graduate/ Postgraduate from Human Resource Management.
• Candidates must have 3–5 years’ experience in HR, Talent Development, Capacity Building, or Early Careers programs.
• Strong business partnering experience with the ability to align people’s initiatives to business outcomes.
• Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders.
