Key Responsibilities
➢ Supervise and coordinate the activities of field sales activators.
➢ Ensure activators achieve daily recruitment and conversion targets.
➢ Track activator performance and submit daily and weekly reports.
➢ Coordinate closely with Homeland Salesforce management on project execution.
Requirements
➢ Prior experience managing field sales or activation teams
➢ Strong leadership and reporting capabilities
➢ Experience in FMCG route-to-market or merchant acquisition is an added advantage
