Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensuring accurate monitoring of company vehicles at all times on the company tracking platform
- Handle all outbound calls to clients for alarms received linked to tracking devices Manage alarm turnaround times
- Ensuring that any system failure is reported to seniors for corrective action.
- Communicating cases of Corridor deviations, Incidents, accidents and seal Tampers to the relevant people and documenting the same
- Dispatch agents to the necessary services (facilitating and ensuring communication between client and third party)
Minimum Requirements (MUST)
- Degree or Diploma in either Electronic/Electrical Engineering or Information Technology
- Call Center experience with alarm response tracking/recoveries/dispatching experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organization, decision making and problem solving abilities
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Must have Certificate of Good Conduct
NB: The Starting Salary is Kes. 10,000 per month
