Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy with 1-2 years of experience in selling and marketing of physiotherapy and orthopedic products

3-5 years of practical experience in a similar role.

Develop and implement effective customer service processes that ensure customer satisfaction and Retention

We are looking for qualified individuals to take up roles in Customer Success/Support in our Organization. Working hours: 40 hours per week (full time), specific working time to be instructed by the company. Location: HQ (Dagoretti corner, Ngong road).

Carry out debt collections and consistently meet and maintain collections targets daily, including the targeted number of effective/quality calls captured well in CRM.

Proactively market and secure Agency and brokerage contracts to increase market share

Keep track of assigned accounts in one’s portfolio and ensure proper follow up is done and all interactions with the customer via calls, chats or face to face are keyed in the system
