Our farm is in Nyeri County and we are looking to fill the position of a Farm Officer.

As an Agronomist, you will be responsible for providing expert agronomic guidance and support in oil-producing crop cultivation. Working directly on the farm, you will optimize crop production, improve soil health, and implement sustainable farming practices.

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking farm workers to Join our team. The Primary responsibility is to assist in various tasks related to the production of Neptune Bulb Onions from planting to harvesting ensuring optimal growth and yield.

The  Senior Seed Analyst is responsible for seed quality assurance, compliance and adherence to KEPHIS & ISTA standards. You will oversee seed lab management and ensure the lab meets KEPHIS  accreditation standards.You'll be in Global Supply Chain- Seed Team. The role will be based in the Seed Lab at Kakamega .You will report to Seed Specialist.

Assist farm manager in operations, crops, beekeeping, irrigation, livestock and financial recommendation for improvement

Calculate feeding regime & monitor the health of fish

Identify needed repairs and recommended enhancement to reduce water waste

Setting up of apiary

Carrying out farm visits for assessments and follow-ups

The Senior Agronomist will play a pivotal role in overseeing all internal audit and performance monitoring activities within the company.

Ensure birds have access to good water.

Assist in construction and management of agriculture infrastructure

Ensure planting is done as per conditions.

Assist in planning, executing and overseeing projects

Enhance use of local feeds including pasture and sustainable agro-industrial byproducts

Advice on methods and guidelines of harvesting water
