The  Senior Seed Analyst is responsible for seed quality assurance, compliance and adherence to KEPHIS & ISTA standards. You will oversee seed lab management and ensure the lab meets KEPHIS  accreditation standards.You'll be in Global Supply Chain- Seed Team. The role will be based in the Seed Lab at Kakamega .You will report to Seed Specialist.

Assist farm manager in operations, crops, beekeeping, irrigation, livestock and financial recommendation for improvement

Calculate feeding regime & monitor the health of fish

Identify needed repairs and recommended enhancement to reduce water waste

Setting up of apiary

Seeking an expert in agronomy and African smallholder agriculture to lead cutting-edge research to develop truly scalable and adoptable agronomic recommendations (& recommendation systems) and communicate the outputs of this research to diverse audiences.

Data collection and ensure farmers compliance in agricultural practices
