As the Head of Finance and Operations you will be responsible for developing financial and operational strategies, manufacturing and supply chain, coordinating field operations, internal systems and reporting to internal and external stakeholder.

The Project Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire operations of our project executions.

At least 5 years of progressive and relevant experience in the food industry. At least 2 years Operations experience preferably within the meat slaughtering and processing field.

Assist in handling clearance and coordination with freight agents

Diploma in Business Management or relevant field from a recognized institution

The incumbent will develop and oversee the strategic vision of the company by managing lending operations, providing support and direction to staff in the Operations Department, developing and monitoring adherence to policies and procedures and will report to the CEO on quality and quantity of operations.

This position will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination between product management, supply chain operations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
