The Quality Assurance Manager will work with the MedBill team to take ownership of assigned projects and work independently to deliver a quality solution, while also collaborating with the Business Analyst and Development Team.

Must have a Valid TSC Number.

Will be responsible for contacting debtors and negotiating payments

LWSC, seeks to recruit a Finance Assistant. This position reports to the Finance Manager.

Our Client is looking for German Speaking Call Centre Agents who can Read & Write and Listen & Speak in German.

Carry out debt collections and consistently meet and maintain collections targets daily, including the targeted number of effective/quality calls captured well in CRM.

The candidate is required to develop functional strategies that reach business goals, improve profit for a company, consulting with management and acting as a support resource to the business

Have at least three years of proven previous experience in developing, updating, and maintaining database and have at least entry level database programming skills
