Position: Advocate Associate
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have at least five (5) years of post-admission court experience in Commercial Litigation and must meet the following criteria:
- Be a practising Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
- Have a proven track record of successfully handling and winning commercial litigation cases.
- Possess an existing clientele base.
- Demonstrate the potential for associateship and long-term partnership within the firm.
- Exhibit a serious personality, strong discipline, and resilience.
- Be capable of handling tax disputes and property dispute
