- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both corporate and leisure travel markets.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Promote travel packages, destination offerings, and tailor-made solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and travel partners.
- Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries, providing expert advice on travel packages, visa procedures, and destination options.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend new products or services based on market demand.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns targeting high-potential clients.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and terms with corporate clients, travel partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure agreements meet company policies and profitability targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client agreements and transactions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to inform management decisions.
- Track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a valid passport and driving license to facilitate client meetings and travel.
- Ensure all travel-related documentation complies with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within the travel industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and visa procedures is an advantage.
- Must possess a valid passport and driving license.
