About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Business Lawyer with a strong understanding of Kenyan Immigration Law to support the establishment of a new business venture in Kenya. The ideal candidate will provide clear, practical, and reliable guidance across both the legal and immigration dimensions of starting and operating a business locally.
Key Responsibilities
Advise on business registration, legal structuring, and regulatory compliance in Kenya
Guide clients through immigration processes including work permits, investor visas, and residency pathways
Support foreign investors and entrepreneurs in setting up and operating businesses locally
Provide timely, accurate, and actionable legal counsel across both business and immigration matters
Requirements
Admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in Kenya
Proven experience in business law, company registration, and legal structuring
Solid knowledge of Kenyan immigration law and processes
Prior experience advising foreign investors or international entrepreneurs
Professional, reliable, and able to communicate complex legal matters clearly
