Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional interpretation between English and Chinese in meetings, conferences, interviews, training sessions, and company events
2. Translate company documents, reports, training materials, policies and related documents from English to Chinese.
3. Support communication and HR projects requiring bilingual content (e.g., employee communications, presentations, and corporate events).
4. Maintain confidentiality of all corporate information handled during the interpretation and translation process.
5. Support cross-departmental communication by interpreting during internal discussions and business negotiations.
6. Prepare for assignments by reviewing background materials and relevant terminology.
Qualifications:
1. HSK Level 3 or above.
2. Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in English–Chinese translation/interpretation, preferably
in a corporate or business environment.
3. Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese.
4. Strong understanding of cultural difference in both languages.
5. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
6. Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
7. Cultural awareness and adaptability.
8. Team-oriented and able to work cross-functionally.
