Job Description
Perform ear and body piercings safely and professionally
Follow strict sterilization and hygiene protocols
Conduct client consultations and explain aftercare clearly
Ensure proper jewelry sizing and placement
Maintain clean and organized piercing station
Manage piercing inventory (needles, jewelry, aftercare products)
Provide management with photos and videos of client piercings
Record client consent forms and service details
Handle client concerns or minor complications professionally
Content ideas, captions, editing, and posting schedule are provided by management
Requirements
Proven professional piercing experience
Strong portfolio (including healed results)
KCSE certificate (minimum)
Good communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of sterilization standards and infection prevention
Professional appearance and hygiene
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable using a phone camera
Available during work hours
