Overall Responsibility:
The cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of assigned areas. The role ensures that facilities are kept in a clean and orderly condition in accordance with health, safety, and company standards.
Key responsibilities
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and polishing floors.
• Dusting and wiping furniture, fixtures, windows and surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitizing toilets, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Emptying trash bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Replenishing cleaning supplies such as detergents, tissues.
• Reporting maintenance issues or damages to the supervisors.
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks.
• Handling cleaning equipment and chemical safely.
• Complying with health and safety regulations
• Providing courteous support to staff, visitors, or clients when required.
