Job Opportunity: Construction Workers Needed in Dubai
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: AED 1,200/month
- Commission/Bonus: Up to AED 150,000 annually based on performance
- Accommodation & Transport: Provided by the company
- Medical Insurance: Provided
- Contract Duration: 2 years (renewable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general construction duties including digging, lifting, mixing, and carrying materials
- Assist skilled tradespeople such as masons, carpenters, and electricians
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery
- Follow safety protocols and site supervisor instructions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
- Load and unload construction materials
Requirements:
- Valid passport
- Medical fitness certificate
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
- Prior construction experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Willingness to work long hours and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of English or Arabic is a plus
