Reports to: Fleet Support Supervisor
POSITION DETAILS
Job Purpose Keep track of devices and report on any offline devices.
Main Responsibilities of the Job
• Take full responsibility for dealing with relevant customer complaints, queries and requests for information.
• Ensure reports are shared as agreed without failure.
• Ensure that an appropriate and adequate investigation takes place in all issues reported through the department.
• Ensure TAT is followed appropriately.
• Assist fleet support team in linking and delinking during weekends and past working hours.
• Confirm tracking status of units installed by technician after linking.
• Sending commands to all offline vehicles.
• Ensure all tracking status of all high alert vehicles is communicated to business source.
• Any other duty allocated to you by your supervisor.
Academic and Professional Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in IT or related field.
• 1 year of experience in the related field.

• Be able to work with deadlines hence have good organizational and time management skills.
