Job Summary
Implement, enable, maintain, scale, secure, entrench, engage and commercialize the B2B & D2C digital platforms and functionality for our business in alignment with platform enablers, Innovation, overall segment value proposition and life journeys. To coordinate the building and running of our eCommerce platform ensuring best practices and global benchmarking, as well as define and implement a digital platform strategy.

Job Description/Requirements
Output:
- Accountable for the achievement of the financial and non-financial outcomes required for Digital eCommerce platform, in line with our clients requirements and in close collaboration with Innovation and Platform enablers. Coordinate the building and maintenance of the platform standards (in conjunction with group capabilities & development partners) such as design libraries, authentication patterns and development and deployment patterns. Collaborate with Platforms Enablers and Engineering teams to ensure alignment to build and scale eCommerce platforms. Collaborate with Corporate Functions to enable value proposition Risk and Fraud Management. Collaborate with Sales and marketing to integrate curate and manage product listings across various online platforms while efficiently listing products and ensure all listings are accurate and compelling, reflecting the unique characteristics and quality of our items. Craft detailed product descriptions and specifications that resonate with our target audience, enhancing their shopping experience and engagement. Work closely with the graphics team to select images that showcase the products in the most attractive and coherent manner possible.
- Together with Group and Engineering, coordinate digital assets, from an experience (both developer and customers) and eCommerce perspective, defines the digital customer experience (CX); digital analytics; always on, always secure, DevOps and digital content strategy, as these contribute to, and have an impact on, the success of the digital and eCommerce capability and strategy. Track and report on adoption of the strategy and provides feedback to various domains and capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Software Engineering, eCommerce, Web Development or related field
Experience Required
- 1-2 Year experience in Digital & eCommerce
- B2B, D2C, Medical Products eCommerce
- Understanding of digital platforms enabling other value streams teams to deliver with substantial autonomy (platforms as a product).
- Experience in understanding integration of digital and eCommerce sales growth around products, solutions and go-to market plans. Experience in the development, design and enablement of Digital and eCommerce value propositions that work for Business & Commercial clients. Experience in leading, integrating and delivering client solutions through multi-disciplinary teams
