DELIVERY RIDERS – DUBAI (200 POSITIONS)

Key Responsibilities

1. Delivery & Route Execution

• Execute daily delivery assignments within set schedules and routes.
• Verify accuracy of orders before dispatch and obtain delivery confirmations.
• Handle goods carefully to avoid loss, damage, or delays.
• Report delivery issues, accidents, or client concerns promptly.

2. Customer Service & Communication

• Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers on delivery status.
• Collect feedback and escalate recurring service challenges for resolution.
• Represent the company brand positively at all customer touchpoints.

3. Equipment & Safety Compliance

• Conduct pre-ride inspections of assigned motorbike and report defects.
• Follow all UAE road safety regulations and internal safety procedures.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate daily trip and fuel logs.
• Submit timely route completion and performance reports to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation requirements including visa, license, and company policies.

Qualifications

• ·        KCSE Certificate

• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct – mandatory
• Valid Passport – mandatory
• Motorbike License – preferred but not mandatory
• Physically fit and reliable with excellent time management
• Basic English communication skills
