- The School Transport Manager will oversee all daily transport operations, ensure full compliance with safety standards, manage transport staff, and maintain reliable vehicle performance. This is a key leadership role requiring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise student transport operations.
- Plan routes & schedules and pick-up/drop-off points.
- Supervise drivers & coordinate vehicle maintenance
- Ensure safety & compliance

- Oversee vehicle condition, preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspection schedules
- Manage transport budgets, fuel usage, and cost control.
- Respond to transport incidents, delays, and concerns from parents or staff.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and regulatory records.
- Mechanical experience is an added advantage
- Experience working in a school is highly preferred
