Job summary
Our client is looking for a talented DevOps Intern to join their team and help them maintain their software products and Kubernetes infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience with Python and some experience working with Docker and Kubernetes. A desire to learn more about the role is also a key requirement.

Qualifications:
● Proven experience (1 year) in customer service or support.
● Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Available to work 24/7 with one day off in the week(night and day shift).
● Strong desire to grow technical skills
● The ideal candidate should be willing to provide onsite support and be available outside regular working hours to address any urgent deliverables, issues or downtimes
● Able to perform other roles as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and debug high-quality Python code
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement new features
- Work with product managers to translate user requirements into solutions
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, including installation, upgrades, and resource allocation
- Maintain and monitor server infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime
- Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and security best practices
- Create automation scripts for deployments and routine operational tasks
- Set up, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor, optimize, and control system performance, cloud resources, and costs
