We are looking for an experienced Flooring Installer / Finishing Carpenter who is proficient in indoor timber flooring and skirting board installation. The ideal candidate must have relevant industry experience and outstanding professional practical skills to execute high-standard finishing works for our residential apartment projects.1. Proficient in measuring, cutting, laying timber flooring and installing matching skirting boards.
2. Capable of floor levelling, layout arrangement and neat joint finishing.
3. Able to identify and fix common on-site flooring installation defects.
4. Competent in operating all relevant hand tools and power tools for finishing works.
5. Able to understand basic construction drawings and follow project technical specifications.
6. Possess solid practical experience in residential indoor finishing projects.
7. Observe construction safety standards and keep the work area organised.
