We aren’t a traditional corporate IT tech firm. We are a lean, AI-native team that out-ships teams many times our size because we pair sharp people with AI and own our systems end-to-end. We build, integrate, and run mission-critical software—ERPs, custom web apps, mobile applications, and ML experiments—for businesses ranging from SMEs to massive enterprises across Africa.

The Role: Junior–Intermediate Full Stack Engineer

📍 Location: Nairobi, Kenya (Hybrid)

💼 Type: Full-time

This is an early-career role designed for steep, uncomfortable, and highly rewarding growth. Whether you have a few months or a couple of years of experience (internships, freelance, or serious side projects all count), we don't care about "years served." We care about your trajectory. What you’ll actually do: You will not be boxed in as "the backend person" or "the Vue dev." You will build complete features end-to-end for software that real businesses depend on daily. One month you might be shipping a Flutter app, the next a SAP integration, and the next an internal tool. You will use AI to code faster, but you'll learn the underlying systems deeply enough to know exactly when the AI is wrong.

⚡ You learn incredibly fast: You routinely teach yourself new concepts and have prototypes running within days.

🤖 You are an AI-Native Builder (who verifies): You use AI to move fast and verify carefully. You know how to read, debug, and verify AI-generated code. This matters more to us than any specific framework.

🤝 You care about the "Why" and act with radical honesty: You own your mistakes immediately and raise your hand when blocked. We don't expect you to know everything on day one; we expect you to be honest so we can solve problems together. The Stack (And why it doesn't matter): We do NOT require a specific degree, a specific language, or "X years of Laravel." We touch Laravel, JavaScript, C#, Dart, Flutter Python, SQL, and enterprise ERPs. If you know some of these, great. If you don't, but you are genuinely sharp and learn fast, apply anyway. 

This role is NOT for you if:

❌ You copy/paste AI output without understanding or checking it.

❌ Your only portfolio pieces are copied YouTube tutorials with no original thought.

❌ You go quiet when you are stuck instead of communicating early.

❌ You are a senior engineer looking for a senior title or salary right now.
