About the Role
We are seeking a high-impact Growth Marketing Lead to drive our digital marketing strategy and accelerate B2B demand for our UCaaS and CCaaS solutions. This is a strategic, hands-on role at the intersection of demand generation, content, and sales enablement.
You will own the end-to-end marketing function—turning complex communication and automation solutions into clear, compelling business value for mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth and demand generation strategies across content, email, social media, SEO, and paid channels
Drive inbound pipeline while supporting outbound sales initiatives
Build brand authority through LinkedIn thought leadership and executive positioning
Partner with Sales to define ICPs, support long B2B sales cycles, and activate events and webinars
Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting to track MQLs, SQLs, ROI, and funnel performance
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in B2B digital or growth marketing
Proven experience in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or enterprise technology
Strong understanding of complex B2B buying journeys
Hands-on experience with content, paid acquisition, and email marketing
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools
Preferred Tools & Skills
Zoho CRM and marketing automation tools
LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads
WordPress or other CMS platforms
Bonus: Experience with AI-driven CX or voice solutions
