Job Description
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counselling on policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
• Assisting with end-to-end recruitment processes, including creating job descriptions, posting ads, and managing hiring.
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Inducting new staff and overseeing probationary periods.
• Develop training and development programs
• Preparing job offer emails and employment contracts.
• Assist in performance management processes: Supporting the development of performance review processes and reward schemes.
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Managing all day-to-day HR administration tasks, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee and HR records, according to policy and legal requirements
• Taking full responsibility for all annual leave and attendance records.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements and skills
• Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems
• Basic knowledge of labour legislation
• Experience using spreadsheets
• Organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
