- Manage and maintain the organization’s ICT infrastructure including servers, storage systems, and network equipment.
- Oversee provisioning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and related infrastructure.
- Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of IT systems.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues affecting LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity.
- Manage both physical and virtual data centers and ensure high system uptime.
- Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) across all branches.
- Manage corporate internet connectivity and redundancy solutions.
- Administer communication systems including:
- PABX systems
- Desktop IP phones
- Video conferencing platforms
- Messaging platforms including WhatsApp chatbot integrations.
- Ensure secure remote access solutions such as VPN for remote staff and branch offices.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, group policies, and system access permissions.
- Maintain email systems, user authentication, and directory services.
- Manage system updates, patches, and software upgrades.
- Implement IT security protocols and monitor for vulnerabilities.

- Fleet Management systems.
- Work with vendors and internal stakeholders during system deployments.
- Ensure seamless integration between enterprise platforms and core IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and support to the ICT support team.
- Ensure timely resolution of user support requests and incidents.
- Implement IT service management processes and helpdesk systems.
- Provide training and technical guidance to employees on ICT tools and systems.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
- Monitor systems for cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Manage firewall configurations, endpoint protection, and access control.
- Conduct periodic system audits and vulnerability assessments.
- Participate in ICT strategy development aligned with organizational goals.
- Plan and manage ICT budgets and procurement.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with ICT governance and regulatory standards.
- Manage relationships with ICT vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Oversee procurement of ICT equipment and services.
- Maintain IT asset inventory including hardware and software licenses.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to by vendors.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- A Master’s Degree in IT or related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT management within a busy corporate environment.
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Hands-on experience implementing ERP and enterprise business systems.
- Experience managing multi-branch ICT infrastructure is highly desirable.
