Summary

As an Intern VOIP Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our experienced team of engineers and contribute to developing, implementing, and maintaining our VOIP systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or current student to gain practical experience and enhance their skills in the telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VOIP systems. Troubleshoot and resolve VOIP-related issues. Monitor VOIP network performance and ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new VOIP features. Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Document processes and procedures for VOIP system management. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in VOIP technology.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic understanding of VOIP technologies and protocols (SIP, RTP, etc.). Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Prior experience or coursework in VOIP is a plus.
