Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services for our AI HR Application.

• Integrate AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics) into the platform.

• Build scalable APIs (Flask/Django/FastAPI) and microservices.

• Collaborate on database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and optimization.

• Write clean, testable code (unit/integration tests) and debug issues.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum processes (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).

• Assist in deploying cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Document code and technical workflows.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2-3 years of Python development experience (professional or projects).

• Proficiency in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

• Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch is a plus).

• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs.

• Version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).

• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions).

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker).

• Frontend basics (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) for full-stack awareness.
