Job Mission
The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from ideation to launch and continuous improvement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technology to build innovative and data-driven
solutions.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
● Conduct market research, analyse user behaviour, and gather feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
● Define product requirements, prioritise features, and collaborate with designers and engineers to bring ideas to life.
● Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product execution.
● Track key product metrics, measure success, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
● Lead agile development cycles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features.
● Present product plans and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
● Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
● Champion the user experience by ensuring that products address real customer pain points and enhance engagement.
● Develop strategies to improve product monetisation and revenue streams.

Key Skills & Competencies
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
● At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven company.
● Ability to analyse data and use insights to make informed product decisions.
● Understanding of software development processes, APIs, and emerging technologies.
● Experience with Agile methodologies and tools i.e. Jira or Trello
● Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences and solving customer problems.
● Strong ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
● Understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and revenue models.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and drive continuous improvement.
