Job summary
We are looking for an organized and tech-oriented IT to support company operations, POS deployments, technical support, and day-to-day administrative coordination for both internal operations and clients.

Key Responsibilities
IT Support Duties
- Install, configure and support POS systems for clients
- Troubleshoot software, network, printer and hardware issues
- Assist businesses with system setup, updates and user support
- Monitor and maintain company devices, internet and office systems
- Train clients on proper use of POS systems and related tools
- Support data backups and basic cybersecurity practices
- Coordinate technical support requests and follow-ups
Administration Duties
- Manage office IT related coordination
- Maintain proper data records, inventories and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, deliveries and office supplies
- Support customer communication and service follow-ups
- Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and operational documents
- Ensure smooth daily operations within the office
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business IT, Computer Science or related field
- Understanding of computer hardware, networking and software troubleshooting
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced SME environment
- Experience with POS systems or retail technology is an added advantage
