- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including servers, networks, workstations, and peripheral devices.
- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of IT systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Oversee system backups, disaster recovery processes, and system updates.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for infrastructure maintenance and upgrades.
- Lead or support the implementation of enterprise systems including:
- ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
- CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems)
- MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- E-commerce platforms
- Fleet Management Systems
- Ensure proper integration between internal systems and third-party applications.
- Work closely with vendors during system deployment, testing, and rollout.
- Conduct system testing and ensure successful implementation.
- Develop, customize, and maintain internal software solutions where required.
- Create integrations and automation between systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
- Support API integrations and system interoperability.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across all departments.
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
- Train users on system usage and new software implementations.
- Maintain IT helpdesk processes and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Monitor system logs and security alerts to ensure data integrity and system security.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices including access control, data protection, and endpoint security.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access rights.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and IT policies.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Recommend new technologies that enhance business productivity and system performance.
- Act as the liaison between internal departments, IT vendors, and system providers.
- Coordinate system upgrades, maintenance schedules, and service agreements.
- Support management in evaluating and selecting new technology solutions.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT systems administration, coordination, or development in a fast-paced organizational environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Database management (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs)
- Network administration and troubleshooting
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
- Experience supporting e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce
