We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking IT / Systems / Digital Manager to lead our digital infrastructure, systems integration, and technology strategy.
Role Overview
The IT / Systems / Digital Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s IT systems, digital platforms, and technology solutions to support operations, project management, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Oversee implementation of business systems (ERP, CRM, accounting, project tools)
- Ensure data security, backups, and cybersecurity protocols
- Support digital transformation across the company
- Manage website, digital platforms, and internal systems
- Provide IT support to office and site teams
- Integrate systems across departments for efficiency
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
- Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management or systems administration
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and cloud-based systems
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and data protection
- Experience managing websites and digital platforms
- Knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure
