🎯 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers.
* Inventory and Warehouse Management: Oversee warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, optimize storage planning, and monitor inventory levels to meet demand.
* Transportation and Shipping Management: Organize and schedule incoming and outgoing shipments, select the best transportation methods, and negotiate with shipping companies and carriers to obtain competitive rates and contracts.
* Performance Analysis: Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as On-Time Delivery (OTIF), transportation costs, and inventory accuracy, and propose and implement improvements.
* Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all logistics activities comply with local regulations and laws.
* Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor the logistics team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Budget and Costs: Prepare and monitor the logistics budget and identify opportunities to reduce operating costs.

* Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
