JUNIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Job summary
Will support the commercial and cost management of construction and related projects. He will be responsible for preparing quantity take-offs, assisting with Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimation and project cost control, conducting site measurements and valuations, analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

Variation costing

Technical drawing interpretation
Strong Excel & analytical skills
Good communication & organisation
