Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities

Support conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion for residential and commercial property matters.

Prepare and assemble conveyancing documentation including:

Contracts of sale
-
Transfer documents
-
Mortgage and deed documents
-
Settlement statements
-
Discharge of mortgage documentation
-

Conduct and review property searches, title investigations, land registry checks, and requisitions on title.

Liaise with lenders, settlement agents, real estate agents, and legal professionals during the settlement process.

Prepare settlement adjustments and coordinate settlements where required.
-
Draft correspondence, client communications, and transaction updates.

Maintain accurate client files, documentation, and records within the case management system.

Respond to client enquiries and provide timely updates on transaction progress.

Ensure all deadlines and statutory requirements are met.

Perform general legal administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
-
1–2 years’ experience in conveyancing or property law support.
-
Proven experience preparing conveyancing documentation and supporting property transactions.
-
Familiarity with land registry systems, property searches, and mortgage/lender processes.

Understanding of basic accounting processes and billing practices within a legal environment.
