Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth legal research and provide well-grounded legal opinions

Handle litigation matters, including case preparation, filings, and liaison with external counsel

Manage end-to-end conveyancing transactions, including due diligence, searches, drafting, and registration
-
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal agreements
-
Advise on property law, trusts, and regulatory compliance
-
Safeguard the Foundation’s legal interests across all transactions
-
Liaise with government offices, regulators, and key stakeholders
-
Maintain accurate and well-organized legal records
Minimum Requirements
-
Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a recognized institution
-
Admission as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
-
Valid Practicing Certificate
-
2–4 years Post-Admission Experience (PQE)
-
Demonstrated experience in conveyancing, litigation, and legal research
-
Strong understanding of Kenyan property law and legal frameworks
