Our client is seeking a skilled Network Administrator to join their team. The role is vital in ensuring smooth operation, security, and efficiency of IT networks and infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage the core network that supports Internet bandwidth delivery, client services, and digital platforms.
Job Purpose / Objectives
Ensure reliable and secure IT network operations.
Build, maintain, and optimize web platforms and digital services.
Manage online campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Core Competencies
IP addressing, subnetting, routing, and switching.
Diagnosing latency, packet loss, and connectivity issues.
Troubleshooting internet speed, load balancing, and IP whitelisting.
Network design, configuration, and troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN).
Router, switch, firewall, and access point management.
VPN setup and administration.
Website development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), optimization, and uptime management.
Web hosting, domain management, backup, and recovery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and maintain core network systems and bandwidth distribution.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and secure connected networks.
Provide second-level LAN support and specialized training.
Maintain user documentation and support logs.
Recommend suitable network hardware/software.
Manage printers, servers, ERP systems, and booking systems.
Set up and optimize online ad campaigns with creative content and performance tracking.
Maintain and update websites with SEO optimization and responsive design.
Supervise server room operations, including power and air conditioning systems.
Conduct security monitoring, firewall policy management, and backup operations.
Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software failures.
Perform daily administrative tasks and liaise with international partners on hosting, DNS, mail, and ERP issues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT & Networking.
Professional certification in networking.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in networking.
