Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Develop and implement schedules, aligning timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Operational Oversight: Lead daily facility operations to maintain smooth workflows.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, fostering collaboration and high morale.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA and Kenyan safety regulations.
Reporting: Maintain accurate production, inventory, and performance records; prepare management reports.
Maintenance: Coordinate timely equipment and facility upkeep to minimize downtime.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and optimize costs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain & Operations Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management (manufacturing/processing).
Background in timber or wood processing is an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
