Role Summary
The Driver Performance Manager will lead the coordination and performance management of ride-hailing platform partnership while overseeing driver productivity, incentive optimization, and operational efficiency. The role is responsible for managing stakeholder relationships with external mobility partners, supervising the operational team, and ensuring performance targets are achieved through effective monitoring, reporting, and team coordination.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, leadership, and partnership management skills, with experience in fast-paced fintech or mobility-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Track metrics, conduct deep-dive analysis of operational data, and surface critical root-cause findings to drive immediate, measurable corrective actions and operational improvements.
- Track, reconcile, and optimize partnership incentives and revenue opportunities to maximize ROI and close performance gaps.
- Proactively drive the strategic partnership with the ride-hailing platform by ensuring performance targets are met, escalating critical issues by clearly delineating internal action items from required partner contributions, and aggregating driver insights to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Lead, coordinate, and hold the driver performance team accountable for achieving and sustaining operational excellence and key performance targets.
- Lead the preparation and facilitation of high-stakes weekly and monthly performance reviews for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Own and coordinate critical issue resolution, collaborating cross-functionally to relentlessly drive service delivery improvements and effective corrective measures across all stakeholder groups.
- Direct and execute all onboarding, training, and performance management initiatives for drivers and operational staff.
- Track competitor e-hailing platforms value proposition in the marketplace.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, program management, mobility, logistics, fintech, or other relevant organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in performance monitoring, managing budgets, & ROI
- Demonstrated success in leading team with measurable results
- Excellent in managing stakeholders including senior leadership engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting/dashboard tools
- Experience working with ride-hailing, transport, or mobility platforms is a plus
