Position Overview
SAFA Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and highly structured professional to lead and support certification and compliance processes across its agricultural programs. This role is central to ensuring adherence to international standards, audit readiness, and full traceability across operations.

The successful candidate will work at the intersection of certification systems, data management, and field coordination, with a primary focus on maintaining and strengthening compliance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Certification & Compliance (Primary Focus)

· Lead the implementation and monitoring of international certification standards (e.g., ISCC, FSS)

· Ensure full compliance with environmental, social, and traceability requirements

· Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation across all operational areas

· Coordinate internal audits and support external certification audits

· Strengthen systems for continuous improvement and risk mitigation

2. Data Management & Reporting (Supporting Function)

· Manage certification-related datasets and compliance records

· Develop reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel and Power BI and Python

· Support data validation, traceability systems, and reporting accuracy

· Maintain geospatial data to ensure compliance with land use and certification requirements and strengthening traceability systems linking farmers, plots, and production data

4. Field Coordination & Implementation

· Work closely with field officers to ensure compliance at farm level

· Support training of field teams and farmers on certification requirements

· Monitor field activities to ensure alignment with certification protocols

· Ensure timely and accurate reporting from all operational regions

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course, certification in Data analysis is an added advantage

· Strong experience or demonstrated interest in certification systems, compliance, or sustainability standards 

· Experience in audit processes, documentation, or traceability systems is highly desirable

· Proficiency in Excel (advanced) and Power BI and basic Python is an added advantage

· Experience working with field teams or agricultural programs is an advantage
