JOB TITLE:PRESALES CONSULTANT (2 POSITIONS)

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

INDUSTRY:INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

SALARY:KSHS. 150,000 

JOB LOCATION:NAIROBI


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with the Business Development team to develop winning bid strategies and built opportunity from scratch
  • Conceptualizing solution and representation through power point.
  • Ownership of the overall delivery of proposals ensuring on time, quality and 100% compliance.
  • Define and ensure implementation of achievable bid plans including schedule, resource and budget requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company’s processes and procedures.
  • Interface with internal teams, SME and external stakeholders to compile compelling bids including price negotiation.
  • Client representation and product/solution demonstration.
  • Analyzing the competitiveness of bid pricing and providing benchmarking data.
  • Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Guide team to improve upon their skill and ensure quality and on time deliverables.
  • Conduct internal sessions on best practices.
  • Provide support to cross [HR, Finance, Marketing, BSS] functional teams when needed.
  • Ensure 100% repository update and MIS compliance of entire team.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Engineering, Technology (MBA / PGDM is an added advantage)
  • 3-6 years proven experience as an IT Presales profile or in a similar role
  • Should have experience in handling International clients (US/Middle-East Africa)
  • Ability to deliver engaging and persuasive presentations to customers at various levels, including C-level executives
  • In-depth knowledge of Proposal writing, Tender Participation, Bid Management, RFP, RFI.
  • Proficiency in using presentation tools and software
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to support sales teams effectively
  • Strong business acumen to connect technical solutions with customer value and ROI
