<p>The Quality Checker will be responsible for inspecting products, processes and materials to ensure they meet established quality standards. The role involves identifying defects, maintaining records, and supporting continuous improvement to enhance overall product quality.</p>

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities: -
1.Ensuring consistent data collection in the required forms for inspection and re-inspection.
2.Keen and proper checking of all items at all production stages (In-process inspection) and the final product, to ensure quality of production.
3.Understand product specifications and requirements to ensure products are manufactured correctly.
4.Understand the functioning of production floor and workshop machinery and equipment.
5.Providing ways of improving efficiency of production processes to improve quality of products.
6.Ensure correct use of measuring tools, i.e. tape measure and Vernier calliper.
7.Conduct calibration of measuring tools before use.
8.Searching and identifying filter parts in the PKL Catalogue.
9.Translating inspection data collected and mitigating deviations from set tolerances both dimensional and physical.
10.Uphold health and safety company regulations as a member of the Health & Safety Committee.
11.Any other lawful and proper instruction from the supervisor, manager or director that is deemed necessary to be done.
12.Shall be reporting to the Quality Control & Assurance Manager and the Production Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements
1.Diploma or Certificate in Quality Management or a related technical field
2.Must have previous experience in quality control/assurance
3.Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
4.Basic knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques
5.Good communication and reporting skills
6.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
