Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and experienced Salesperson to join our team, specializing in land sales. The ideal candidate MUST have a strong background in real estate sales, with expertise in identifying potential land opportunities, negotiating deals, and closing transactions.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

1. Systematically generate leads through cold calling, referrals, social media, net working, market research and any other effective means.

2. Continuously explore new and innovative methods for lead generation.

3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities for real estate products

4. Effectively communicate terms of agreements and close sales deals.

5. Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

6. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

7. Provide accurate and rapid price calculations, quotations, and payment schedules.

8. Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

9. Gather and analyze market and customer information to understand needs, potential, and desired rates.

10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies during sales transactions.

11. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities in the real estate market.

12. Utilize CRM software and other tools to track leads, manage client interactions, and maintain accurate sales records.

13. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, listings, and advertising campaigns to showcase land properties effectively.


1. A Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is a prerequisite.

2. Candidates MUST be aged 25 years and above.

3. MUST have a proven track record in sales and marketing in the real estate

4. Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.

5. Strong knowledge of land sales processes, property valuation, zoning regulations, and real estate market dynamics.

6. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.

7. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a go-getter with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve success in a competitive market.

8. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

9. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and a social media enthusiast.

10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

11. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

12. The candidate must be of unquestionable integrity and exhibit a high degree of emotional maturity and intelligence.
