Job summary
We are building a small remote operations team to support U.S.-based small businesses with ongoing digital and administrative tasks. This role is assigned to one client at a time and focuses on consistent delivery, clear communication, and dependable execution. This is a long-term, client-facing support role — not outreach or sales.

- Handle assigned client tasks (admin, digital support, research, or operations)
- Follow client-specific SOPs and instructions
- Communicate progress clearly with internal management
- Meet daily or weekly task deadlines
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Each worker is assigned one client, not multiple.
Requirements
- Strong written English
- Reliable internet and computer access
- Ability to follow structured SOPs
- Comfortable with responsibility and accountability
- Consistent availability during agreed working hours
- Prior experience is helpful but not required. Training and SOPs will be provided.
